My name is David Batten and I'm a professional photographer based in kent.
After 23 years behind the lens I'm just as passionate about my work today as when I started my career and having always been a creative, believe strongly that every image should tell the story you want it to tell.
I’ve also never stopped learning which has not only been a challenge but a source of great inspiration as no matter what the subject there is always something fresh for the eye to capture & record.
Clients ask if I favour a subject or style but the honest answer is I don't. You never know what's going to happen on any given day and what works for one persons taste may not work for another so every shoot brings its own complexities and unpredictability.

Our highly skilled artists are experienced in Make-Up application for Makeovers/Weddings and other special occasions. All artists have worked within the industry for many years and have glowing references and a string of testimonials. Whether it is for our "Get Sexy" sessions or your big day or you are painting the town red and want to look your absolute best, our artists can give you that extra confidence and provide you with that all important polished look using traditional application techniques.
Alternatively we can provide you with a totally flawless finish by using an airbrush technique. This service shouldn't just be made available to the rich and famous... you are just as important and so is how you look on your big day.Makeover trials generally take place approx 6 weeks before your wedding day. Ideally we like to do both your hair and make-up together in order for you to obtain a greater idea of your over-all look. Trials usually last approx 3 hours (depending upon party size).
It is a good idea to show our artists any photo ideas you have in mind so that we are able to provide you with the look you desire. However you will be shown an intensive portfolio of ideas for you to choose from.Choosing the right make-up artisit is just as important as choosing the right dress.
